Eligibility for Refunds

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Device incompatibility not caused by Wimena

  • Violations of our Terms of Use resulting in account suspension or termination

Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not automatically entitle the user to a refund for payments already made.

Access to subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must contact our support team and provide:

  • Registered email address

  • Transaction details

  • Date of payment

  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Fraud Prevention

Wimena reserves the right to refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or intended to circumvent our policies.

Chargebacks

Users are encouraged to contact Wimena before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.

Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

Software and Intellectual Property

Wimena operates using proprietary software owned exclusively by GODFAVORNAEWURU LTD (RC: 7837905).

Refunds do not grant any rights to access, copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise use the platform's source code, software architecture, databases, APIs, or proprietary technologies.
